Born and raised in New York City, Paul received his training in acting and musical theater at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy. He's a proud member of Actors Equity Association who has worked on stage in countless professional productions throughout the USA,. He's a four time Carbonell Award recipient/nominee (including Best Actor in a Musical, for LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS at The Caldwell Theater). He's written, scored & directed more than 75 professional children's musicals for both stage and television. Paul's voice can be heard as hundreds of different characters in radio, TV, and DVD, including several cartoons and Anime series' now on major streaming services. As a musician/composer, he plays over seven musical instruments, and is the composer, writer and creator, of JELLY BEAN JUNGLE, the former nationally syndicated live action puppetry children's TV series (which Pres. Bill Clinton called "High quality children's programming"). Paul is also an award winning filmmaker, and the published co-author of the critically acclaimed Off-Broadway show "REAL MEN: The Musical." On TV, he co-starred as Marvin on the BBC and ABC Family Channel series, S CLUB 7 IN MIAMI, and played Harry, in the film "In The Shadows", starring Matthew Modine, James Cahn and Cuba Gooding Jr. His additional work in puppetry has been that of a popular Internet puppetry educator, author of the eBook, "Make Money With Puppets", as well as puppetry coach to theater productions of "Avenue Q", "Hand to God", "Nunsense" and many more. He's also a puppeteer in the Trey Parker/Matt Stone film, "Team America: World Police". In early 2018, Paul was selected by Sesame Workshop (out of hundreds of worldwide applicants) to be trained as a puppeteer by their Sesame Street puppeteers, Matt Vogel, Peter Linz, Marty Robinson, and Stephanie D'Abruzzo (the Tony nominated star of the original Avenue Q on Broadway).

The Rincon International Film Festival 2012 (Audience Choice Best Documentary), Chicago Cinema Awards 2023 (Best Short Film), Crown Point International Film Festival 2023 (Best Short Film).

Paul firmly believes that REAL MEN sing show tunes and play with puppets.
